GBP to GBP transfer charges TSB Bank - £10-£17.5 (Online) £20-£25(Branch/phone) (depends on amount) First Direct/HSBC - £25 flat fee Huh? HSBC charge me £4 (online) for a SEPA transfer in GBP, which I think is the cheapest high-street bank SEPA service. See: www.hsbc.co.uk/1/2/international-money-transfer/details#sending Santander is the worst, as they send all overseas payments via SWIFT and charge a silly amount. The government really needs to regulate SEPA transfers in the UK, as the banks are acting abusively, with few exceptions. No hope of that now with Brexit. Expect the charges to get even higher, just because they can.

Thanks geoffrey,
I've loaded Bluestacks and may now load Revoluts app.
For Everybody's Info: Having recently contacted Twino via email again, they responded that they are aware that this issue exists and are mindful of it. Therefore, perhaps at some time in the not too distant they may have an office in Blighty and allow us to transfer cash to them without the greedy UK banks having the opportunity of slicing some of it off for themselves.

Is anyone successfully using Paysera to transfer money to Twino? Although I don't need it for myself (I have a Citi account with free SEPA transfers), my wife would like to put an amount on Twino in her own name.

Hi. I tried to look up what each of the banks I have accounts with charge for this and could not look up MS Bank transaction fees online. So I sent them an email asking about what the transaction fee would be if I want to transfer money from my MS current account to an account in Latvia without the currency convertion.
Below is a copy of what they repied
"As you would prefer your answer in email form, I'm only able to give you general information around this.
All foreign transactions, whether requested in GBP or not, will need to be requested by telephone.
The fees and time scales for these are below: £250 or under = £9 administration charge £250.01 or above = £0 Inside the European Economic Area (EEA) – Arrive the next working day
If you would like to know anything else that is account specific, or request this payment to be made, you will need to call our Current Account Customer Services team on 0345 9000 900. Lines are open 24/7."
Am I missing something or do they really offer to send it for free?
