Does anybody know whether the PBL090 loan, for the large house with OPP for care village, in Derby, for the FULL 365 days? Last I looked it was a six month loan.- or 183 days to be precise .

DFL funding does seem likely, however £12m total is a large amount to fill. Yes, but it will be filled gradually over a number of months as the other DFLs have shown. This brings an idea - a platform funding another platform! We might end up funding the next mission to Mars in that way.

That's the problem, latter loans may suffer investor apathy, the first £6m of loans, might fill OK, but after that investors may have more than enough exposure to this project. The average loan gets about 1600 members, so that would mean an average exposure of £7,500. The solution might be a phased development, needing less funding.

That would be a good solution or another would be a regular report like the broadoak ones seem to be doing so work can be seen think most people would happy to increase loan amount if they can see the money has been spent on the project not on a new unconnected house for borrorower

Lucky me. Got £75 more than I actually wanted, so that went quickly to the trough to feed the needy. Edit: 12:59 BST Already slurped up. Now, to pay SS the balance.

All we need now is for the March interest to turn up inside the 48 hr deadline for settlement!
