Wants a round £800 I guess. Sorry, none to spare here, looks good to keep for liquidity, if nothing else.

So, after reading the tread for the other pub, is it 100% sure it's one and the same borrower.

I received an answer from Saving Stream, the annual pub rental income is £52,000.

Today between 12:27 and 13:51 my internet was down. During that time:
PBL101 and 102 had 30 days removed from negativity... (if you see what I mean: they went from -45 days to -15 days).
PBL089 similarly went from -103 to -73.
Presumably some interest has been paid?

Or some time ago, and SS are only now getting around to updating the period for which interest hasn't been paid?

Moved to the default tab at midnight while at -179 days.
A familiar automated pattern has been established whereby loans at -179 days are transferred to the default tab somewhat prematurely - Lendy logic is somewhat fuzzy at times.

I wonder if this is happening today PBL089-
09/06/2017
We are working closely with the borrower on the repayment of this loan which is expected shortly.
09/06/2017
This loan will redeem Monday next week.
25/05/2017
We have provided a redemption statement with the view of the borrower redeeming in the coming weeks.

This has been repaid.
However, the e-mail states that this month's interest will be included.
Presumably the previous months' unpaid interest is not being paid? If so, it represents Lendy's first failure to pay everything expected.

They probably just used a stock email, didn't change the wording for interest payment, and didn't bother proof reading it before sending it out.
Is this the first repayment for an interest accruing loan? (Apart from the garden centre)

And no: PBL046 (Glasgow farm) was repaid from default status. Unfortunately, I no longer have the e-mail to compare the text!
EDIT: Crossed with @new2p2p above.

Querying the wording of the email dilutes the fact of the matter which is that this is an outstanding repayment that will have caught many by surprise and today should be one of congratulations to LY and investors should really be in a celebratory mood.
It occurs to me that we have started getting good news on this platform on a much more regular basis over the last couple of weeks and long may it continue I say. There are several reasons to feel positive.
