It seems that loan 18 is listed as overdue. For my own interest I decided that I would refresh my memory as to BLX's way of dealing with late payments and or defaults. I tries using the FAQs and help links on the site and got a system error (we know something is wrong etc). Anyone else want to try? I am using windows 10 with Firefox.

Some other platforms could learn from this. It took Parag less than 20 mins to reply that 1 the overdue loan was a mistake with a standing order and is now corrected 2 They are in the process of fixing the FAQs etc but you can access them when you are not logged in. Nice one FE .  |
