Slightly tangential question, but does anyone actually need / use the links to the platform websites that sit below the board titles? On my phone I find them to be a complete nuisance as my fat fingers are forever clicking the website links by mistake (which then fires up in a new tab) when I mean to click on the board titles. Part of the rationale for those links is to help stop the proliferation of affiliate links littered through the forum which are time consuming to check and moderate out the affiliate part. With every platform linked from the board overviews, we can just delete the affiliate links completely.
One option is we could make the links to the platforms plain text not actual urls

I would keep the links as they are. They are most useful for newcomers but I do use them occasionally. I've never clicked on one by mistake and I hate links which don't work. You can never please everybody but I'm pretty sure you will get more complaints if you change.

Let's try it and see. The principal job of the board titles is to navigate to the boards, which is compromised on a small phone screen. [If the web links could be moved to the right of (rather than underneath) the board titles, that would be another way to tackle it.]
[Further thought: how about turning the newly added initials (AC, etc) into the platform web links?]

I see this has only been done for the main P2x sites, not for others such as Property Moose (PM)

While I do occasionally click them in error, I do use the links constantly and would miss them.

I've made a small change to Saving Stream's platform link as a test:
Small screen / fat fingered users can you see whether by us preceeding the url with some plain text (Platform url: ) , you can then click on the left hand portion of the board link and avoid the platform link ?

I have also filed a complaint with Apple that "ABL" gets randomly changed to "ABR" on predictive text |

guff it was your suggestion that triggered this experiment, so thanks It certainly moves the board link and platform link further apart, which pretty much fixes the issue I suspect. On my phone, the length of the SS web address causes the "Platform" and "URL:" to break over 2 lines so the extra separation is vertical rather than horizontal, but the net effect is still better.
