I certainly can't remember a time when such a silence preceded some good news. I feel that more than enough time has elapsed for MT to have discussions with the borrower and an update is now overdue.

No news is bad news, I have already written these loans off psychologically. The silence on many (not several, many) other loans is even more worrying, I now fear for the platform itself.

I've not gone as far as writing off these loans - there is some asset security here (and on some of the loans only 50% LTV). Hopefully during the silence MoneyThing have taken posession of the security and have confirmed the valuations. |

Yes, there are many, yes, many, loans have been like this.
Paying the interests is an optional choice for the borrwers.
Waiting with patience is compusive for lenders.

These loans were suspended on 25 April. Some have been in arrears since 28 March. On delving a little further I discover from CH that a notice of Cessation of D***d L**n*rd Fr**tt as a person with significant control was posted on 1 March 2019. MoneyThing SophieThing we've waited long enough for discussions with the borrower and an update is now well overdue. While I understand that that a resolution might still take longer, confirmation that out highly mobile security is secure would be appreciated. |

Hi MoneyThing SophieThing how did the visit to the borrower last week go? Is our security 'secure'? What should we make of the CH update I mentioned in my last post, particularly with regards to the PG on these loans? |

Yes, as RCC loan is approching to the end, we should be updated on all these suspended loans, especially a site visit was done last week.
