Update via FS web site The borrower has had administrators appointed today - we are therefore defaulting all loans. We are in discussion with the administrators and will provide an update once the overall position is clearer. I wonder how did FS found out? By reading this forum? MT knew of the problem and updated us a month ago. AIUI, all FS' loans were in term, so if the only available trigger to defaulting the loan was to formally receive notification that the Borrower had been placed under administration and that constituted a default trigger, then they had to wait until today. (Don't really want another platform being taken to court for breach of contract. Going to happen, of course, just best not to give a borrower good cause, I should think.)

Take your hard earned money back from all MT loans while you still can. I said the same thing last year. Knew this was coming from a long shot away.ย Regards, Sannytwist Please be more specific What did you predict a year ago? What are you predicting now (and when precisely)? Thanksย Well, exactly one year ago today sannytwist said "The fact that MT failed to find out or neglect to inform investors really affected my confidence and from then on l just removed my investments all together. A few fishy loans were even given the all clear by MT which didn't sit well with me."...so, I think you can give him/her that one ๐

I'll start by nominating: A festive limerick:
There once was a site called Ess Ess Whose rates never failed to impress But now they are falling It's all quite appalling And could end them up in a mess Or we could just do some more limericks instead, whatever..

I used to be keen on P2P But thanks to this forum I started to see The risks are too high for the rates achieved Some may now think they've been deceived Methinks it's about time to flee...

One good word by MT about their currently dyspeptic loans (some discounted at 93.5%) and the current trend might be reversed. Doesn't have to come in limericks.

Wanting something achieves nothing. It's the words and deeds.

MoneyThingI have been looking at the RCC loans on the platform and note the descriptions say "Bidding suspended. Please see updates for further information" However, for some reason the update tab on these loans seems to be missing... could you fix this please? thanks in advance

! Moneything I hope you absolutely crush the directors and get back everything owed to us. Then make sure they end in a nice horrible prison somewhere for a long time!

P2P is full of crooks and just not worth the returns for all the losses and stress to go with it.I shall be sticking to the access accounts and Ratesetter from now on

I know what you mean though, although both are not absent risks themselves. Feel sorry for any significant lenders in this one, very unpleasant reading.
