Is there really no other lender willing to smirk at people visiting unFermented Cider? Not one? Will he still be there when his loan's fully repaid?

The caption suggests he borrowed £25,000 from 248 people. Filtering the loanbook by these numbers finds nothing. Expanding the range a bit is also unsuccessful. Maybe GSV3MIaC can help. John

Nope, I can find you a long list of £25k loans, but the number of lenders doesn't help because it is unlikely to be the same as the number of loan parts, which is what is in the loanbook. If we knew which part of the country, roughly when, and what segment (leisure? manufacturing? ?) we might be able to narrow it down.

Well done chaps. I'm sure FC monitor this forum, so perhaps they will realise how sick we all are of seeing this same mugshot every time we log on, and will realise that "freshening up the website" means introducing the odd new image every now and then, not just new bugs (or even old ones)!

The iPad promo has disappeared from in front of his gin bottle on the homepage in the last hour or so. It's still on the summary page. Are they reducing the level of promo to reduce excessive inflows, or did M****l complain they were obscuring his gin ad?  Edit: timmy, you could have linked to the blog page, because the public homepage names the borrower (or will I be modded for linking to that?)! |
