No problems with my Gmail, launch emails came through fine. I suspect that the loan cancellation email hasnt been sent yet, they havent paid the interest due either, so sending an email which I think usually says they have paid interest would just result in a flurry of where's my interest queries. Are you getting mails related to buying and selling? I've been missing these for a while now. LW

I think the email preferences might be broken. Mine are set for all mail and have been ever since I joined but although I get notifications of new loans, I put a lot of parts up for sale last night and got neither the "for sale" or the subsequent "sold" messages. Neither did I get any notification for the refund of PBL087 - I only knew about it when I saw a change in my cash balance. LW Look under Personel details and check that you have ticked the sms box I don't have an SMS box option - maybe because I have not given a mobile no. I prefer emails for all financial matters. LW

I've just checked and my "Send new loan notifications via SMS" option was set to No, but every time I set it to Yes and click Update it's changed back to No when I return to Personal Details page... Do people actually get new loan emails or just SMSs?

I get 'new loan' emails just fine. I have turned off the hundreds of buy/sell/sold emails. I suspect SMS notifications may have died a death ... with pre-funding there is no mad rush to the PC, so I guess an email the day before is considered adequate (and cheaper). My preferred mobile phone option is, in any case, 'no ring, no buzz, no power' .. this nicely complements the local default of 'no signal'. 8>.

except when the emails aren't working .... see my OP and those of a couple of others a few posts ago ...I've sent a contact form to SS to ask whether they are aware of any more general problems as it doesn't seem to be just me......

Interest paid on PBL87 now but still no comms about it.

Depends on whether SS would publish every contract (if this column is for that purpose) for every loan currently on SS, or only future contracts for loans (which would, of course, be on the new T&Cs). All speculation, because we don't actually know the purpose of that column; but if SS did submit the Lendy Ltd contracts I would imagine that they would have to carry out some redactions?
