Inabilty to get the website right (compounded by moving the goal posts) put me off both FC and now Ly. Basic math(s) errors abound and multiply (0.5% times 6, 7, 8 or 10 is still 2.5% in Ly land). At least I came out ahead on FCs errors. 8>.

'My loans' > far righthand column 'details' > scroll down 'recent updates'.
But I may have misunderstood what you're looking for

I'm having trouble seeing the loans decision page, too. lendy support tell me that everything's working fine, so I've sent them screenshots to prove something's not right!

Got no answer from support. What's the difference between option 1 and 2?

Got no answer from support. What's the difference between option 1 and 2? There are some post a few pages back which list and discuss the three options, eg: p2pindependentforum.com/post/254502/threadEDIT _ I don't think there is anything that can't posted?

Been away for a long time. Just heard locally that contractors are being hired and the original scheme is going ahead. What this means for recovery I don't know, but certainly seems 'interesting' that the original scheme was viable without any of the issues that 'devalued' the land.

"During the period the Joint Administrators have successfully finalised two professional indemnity claims, first against ... and the other against legal advisers on PBL094 at a mediation meeting held in October 2021. A settlement agreement was agreed and these funds will be distributed in line with the outcome of the Directions hearing."
I understand the amount is £410,000

If so what date? No payout, all 3rd party claims are subject to the determination of one of the outstanding issues from the directions applications ... ie who is entitled to them & hence who pays the costs
