FS refuse to say exactly how long they will wait for the interest payment before they will take any action (because of their confidence in the borrower). Reading the comments on this loan it's hard to understand why FS still have so much confidence in this borrower, considering that they have been telling FS regularly that they'll have money available 'next week' to apply to their debt and that this has been going on since January. (Actually, back in January, it wasn't even 'next week' -- the money was "ready"!) Hopefully, FS have seen evidence that justifies their confidence.

Well according to the latest (numerous) FS updates... We call expect our interest tomorrow.. yippee.  29/04/2016 No change. Interest expected to be paid next week. |

Good job i did'nt spend it, just had a short chat with sarah on the chat-thing, "Sorry, cannot help, director will update shortly" looks like Mr 'BoatyMcboatface' has pulled his umteenth fast Un.  |

Could be wrong but I get the impression even FS are starting to lose confidence in this loan.

To my mind this guy has had more than a reasonable opportunity to get his affairs in order, so now is the time for FS to crack the big whip. I say give him a final 14 days and then send in the receiver or what ever else is appropriate in this case.
I have a very large vicious eastern European dog by the name of "ballsoff" if he could be of any help. However it is a long journey from West Wales to Scotland and the dog does not like long journeys!

Doubt he used a cashpoint - other than to draw out money for personal spending. Good that I didn't have any expectations of cash after the last update so that's one disappointment I don't have to experience.
