Do you put the retained interest into a provision fund or maybe somewhere else? From looking at the site I think it goes to the site, which is a bit cheeky, it should be a bit like MT as you still own the loan until it is sold you should still get the interest as if it does not sell the risk is still yours without any interest payments. Although I be happy if it goes into a provision fund like SS used to.

So is this actually supposed to be working? Have tried to do a card deposit but nothing happens at all when I click on deposit funds (tried 2 diff browsers) Hi Pom, apologies the card payment system was working earlier today. I have sent a message to the service providers and will revert to you as soon as it is resolved.

Thats good, i like that... can you give some more detailed insight into "going forward"... ie how long , how much %, at what discretion and who's, etc etc... being anything you have further to add that would be of relevance and help.

By the way typo at the end of the blurb on every loan about rollovers "Please note. You are able to chnage this at any point, up until the initial loan closed."

Hi, this will be implemented immediately, any unpaid interest will remain in the Client account. As the platform is in its infancy, there isn't current dormant interest, once this starts to accrue this will form (in its entirety) the start of the provision fund.

Well Ive signed up - seems to be the love child of Savingstream, Moneything and Funding Secure Interest range of asset types - including the seemingly obligatory property in Liverpool and a painting or two Movie finance, thats a new one, due dil on IMDB, (had actually heard of the film) No supporting valuations/docs on most of the security is a potential issue. No bid restrictions/limits a major one - risk of frustrated gorilla bashing his banana in vain Once the debit card deposit system is up and running Ill give it a whirl - Ive sent them a quid to see how quick BACS is. Doesnt seem to be anyway to get to FAQ/contact/home page from dashboard Apparently there will be a (generous) referral scheme but doesnt seem to be operating yet (cant find any reference to unique link on my dashboard) .

It's late, I'm tired, but I had a v quick look. If you haven't had an LCD review of your landing page I would encourage you to have one done.

Nice clean and simple site. One critism on the opening page. The second sentence is
"Your capital will grow with a fixed 1% monthly return."
This would imply you have found a holy grail amongst tax advisers, turned income (i.e. interest) into capital gain with the obvious tax advantages that comes with that. Perhaps you should consider rewording to make it clear that the return is actually interest.
