Hope collateral will take note of this important point.

Rest easy, my children. One has blessed our new friends with one hundred pounds of my pension, so what can now go wrong?

Three loans now fully funded
I now appear to have accrued some interest which prompts a few queries
How many decimal points do you operate to behind the scenes? What are the rounding criteria on display amounts?
How is accrued interest displayed? Only some of my loans are showing accruals though only one investment has actually earnt sufficient to show accruals (rounded up) so does the system just randomly allocate total accrued on portfolio to loans?
Assume interest is calculated daily £@12%/365 and at midnight?

'The Film' investment either needs some attention to it's algorithm, or someone didn't pass their math's GCSE/GSE/CSE. 'Loan amount' - £250,000.00 As of now, 'Recent Investments' lists three people as having placed bids - £20 + £5 + £5 = £30.00 total. 'Remaining' (Available for investment) - £248,990.00 The other loans haven't been checked. EDIT: So far, none of the property loans remainder for investment tally up with the bids that have been placed. Perhaps there is a perfectly logical reason, collateral ? I'd say the recent investments entries are wrong. For the film and the "enterprise centre" my actual investment doesn't match what is listed against what is obviously my id under recent investments. In fact the amounts I'm shown as having invested recently appears to have been swapped between the loans....

MONEY that was something i noticed, i put it down to 'recent investments' are not necessarily all the investments, there is a similar effect on SS site, under 'investor activity' only shows 10 transactions.

Joined today Saturday and as a non resident was quickly accepted after emailing id and utility bill. You need to register your bank account details first to get the correct account number for transfers in, which I failed to do but it was quickly channeled into my account anyway. All worked smoothly and I have my first investments already. I was looking for another platform as it is becoming difficult to invest new money on my existing British sites, unlike the European ones which always have loans available.
Mods can we have a new section for this one please?
