I dipped a toe a couple of months ago - the process feels a little clunky compared to some other sites and you don't get any real detail about where your money's going, but I went for monthly payments (rather than end of term) and they're turning up when they should (so that's good!). Have had a couple of glitches with the site, but support have been quick to respond/resolve. So all in all I shall likely increase my amount invested with them, especially as it's a bit different to the rest of my portfolio.

Bit cheesed off actually. I had a look and registered earlier today, interested in dipping a toe in the various products available. After waiting to be validated, along with my initial deposit, I went to invest and lo and behold only the one year, 4% product appears to be available. Is this normal, and does availability of the products fluctuate?

I'd guess that for now demand has outstripped supply - they have to have something to secure it against after all. Suggest you drop them a line and ask when they expect to have longer terms available again.

Message is now on platform and I've just received a pleasant call from them (following my withdrawal request). Will look again when more products become available.

Hello,
We apologise for the inconvenience, due to a high amount of demand we had to remove our longer term products. We have now added a new 3 year term product on the platform and that is open for investment, and welcome you to check it out. In case of any questions please let us know.
Best regards, OLC team.

Hello, we have a few developments scheduled to be rolled out end of August and this is one of them. This should be made available in the first week of September.
Thanks,

From the web site
can earn over 7% per annum
Highest rate apparently available - 4.5% over 3 yrs.
It only takes a few minutes to proof read/correct a web page & therefore does not inspire confidence.

It's not incorrect, they just don't have any availability in the 5yr product currently

Hello Dave, thank you for pointing this out. Our intention was not to mislead any of our lenders, we had scheduled the change for the weekend (early hours) to avoid disruption to the site. We have now updated this to accurately reflect the current rates offered.

orchardlc I've just signed up, no problems at all, really smooth process (Android). Clicked the voucher for £20 but states there'should nothing in my account. Is this still going? Or does it come once the account is fully approved? Thanks

We have approved some accounts this morning, and your account should reflect the voucher. Please let us know if that is not the case. Thanks.

once approved, does the £20 get invested or would i need to add other funds first. thanks I believe you get £20 credited to your account which you can then lend out. The T&C state that the full amount has to be lent out before it can be withdrawn, which is perhaps quite understandable.
