You know, it would be nice to hear why SS have opted for secondary security via other charges on this and the other recent loans. SS have been all to happy to reassure us that a PG was in place for the purpose of secondary security, so do they view these loans as riskier, or are they just simply looking to get as much security as they can get.

Probably a combo of the fact more security = better, and the fact there's probably a limited market for this property, so risk is slightly higher, I'd say.
It's not one I'm in to term, I can say that.
