This Loan is LIVE
Loan Amount | : | £332,500
| Security Value | : | £475,000 | SS Indicated LTV | : | 70%
| 90 Day Market Valuation | : | None Provided | LTV Based on 90 day Market Valuation | : | N/A |
PLEASE NOTE : This post (and all my DD posts) are no longer being updated by myself (besides the basic loan status)
Observations from the valuation report & other remarks
> This is the same borrower as the borrower in PBL102> Security contains 3 x Buildings. A detached extended bungalow, a cottage located within the garden grounds which has been used as a holiday let and a large outbuilding on the site which contains a sauna. The properties require a general programme of upgrading, refurb and modernisation. The valuation report goes into detail about the condition of the property, and it sounds like the place is really run down, and needs a lot of work and all areas. > The borrower is an experienced property investor looking for a short term loan to repay an existing lender and provide further working capital. > Site inspection was carried out over 5 Months ago (25/01/2016) > Exit Strategy
Complete refurb programme and seek a commercial mortgage or BTL finance.

1949 Investors at live
Seems that the recent events (new 7-day rule and default) haven't had much (if any) effect

I'll agree with £100 for PBL102, but £100 is too low for PBL101, as that would require over 3000 investors. I'll suggest £180 on the assumption that the PBL020 situation will put a few people off. Do I win a prize? I think I'm going to have to reduce my PBL102 estimate to £90, though.

What's happened to the SS site. Has it crashed. Difficult to get on since 101 went live. Working fine for me. Maybe some lag because of the increased traffic.

What's happened to the SS site. Has it crashed. Difficult to get on since 101 went live. Lots of SM activity, but I've had the usual experience of finding nothing left by the time I bring up the page from which parts are theoretically buyable. I've had no other trouble refreshing pages -- I already was logged it at the time.

I wouldn't be surprised they decided to launch this one on bank holiday Monday after reading some posts on here and realising the natives were getting a bit restless. A little titbit to keep people happy.

Today between 12:27 and 13:51 my internet was down. During that time:
PBL101 and 102 had 30 days removed from negativity... (if you see what I mean: they went from -45 days to -15 days).
PBL089 similarly went from -103 to -73.
Presumably some interest has been paid?

Those new days remaining figures reflect the interest payments already recorded in the earlier updates for those loans. Maybe SS have just updated the time left to match the reported repayments.

Somebody just bought ten grand of this... <blink> Well, £9,999.00 to be precise - and the reason for that particular snippet of pedantry is that it appears the same buyer has bought £4,999.00 of PBL074 (at 6% bonus on -371 days). Is it possible to have a phobia for round thousands? Sounds like a car salesman to me.
