Lendy have stopped sending out their Weekly Monthly Bu****it as it was too easy for all investors to see what was going wrong with so many loans. Investors now need to search for information and no doubt Lendy hope they can not be bothered to do so. It is vital that we keep the pressure on Lendy and not let them stall anymore on this shockingly managed loan. As far as I'm aware, Lendy are still doing the monthly loan updates, it's the investor round-up they are no longer doing. Correct me if I'm wrong though, I rely on my father to provide me with these details because I only receive some of Lendy's e-mails due to a system error. Correct, only the investor round up has gone, but I doubt anyone cares, it was a truly awful read. Departure of their spin doctor is also no great loss, I wasn’t a fan of his rhetoric. I hope this month we get an honest update on each loan direct from the LY agent responsible for recovery (it would be a first, but we can hope).

Some up date information now on the Lendy DD section of this forum concerning our tardy Borrower and his vast expertise in arranging project finance and his links to a JV partnership where he is , would you believe it, the MD  . It only took a few minutes to discover this stuff. Strange how it has seems impossible to obtain this information from the brilliant people now being paid large sum so of money by Lendy to handle all our investments. SXLR |

SXLR Does this mean the story about a JV partner is an elaborate con? Did we ever expect that it wasn’t? If borrowers don’t intend to redeem their loan why drag it out for 2 years by making excuses? Why not just say on the due date that they have no intention of redeeming? They have nothing to lose by saying it early? And nothing to gain by leading LY on a merry dance? What am I missing?

Only a mere 538 days failure to repay and no action taken by Lendy.
This forum thread should be a warning to any new mugs investors to the magic black box Wealth Fund, especially if they are relying on the recent 5 star reviews now making a reappearance on Trustpilot.
From the last dose of Lendy monthly Bull**** ... "the refinance/joint venture (to fully repay the loan) is expected to complete relatively soon afterwards. The borrower expects to fully repay the loan before Christmas".
He was expecting to repay it 12 months ago and this new limp excuse for a timetable only leave 16 working days for all the unspecified planning changes to be submitted and approved - none show up on the Hastings planning portal - and the large sum of cash to be located by our Borrower to include all the unpaid interest.
The website for the Borrowers finance / development company does not appear to have been updated since some time in 2017 (see Lendy DD Central for Info).
Some might predict that the creative minds behind the Lendy PR smoke and mirrors machine will simply repeat last months garbage in this months Bull****. Place your bets.

The Lendy update "We have been maintaining regular contact (almost daily), including a meeting, with the borrower and have been provided with documentary evidence to show that the proposed refinance is moving forward. The borrower is still expecting to be able to fully repay this loan before Christmas" ….
They actually had a meeting? I bet it was not in Hastings - and it does not say which Christmas. No doubt the documents were prepared using the Borrowers own JV company. We were given this untruthful glimmer of hope some 12 months ago which turned out to be total rubbish. Even the estate agents that are supposed to be handling the development have no information (see DD Central for more info)
I will be going shopping this week in the pre Christmas sales to get some more verbal Maverick (Air to Surface) missiles to launch at this tardy Borrower if he fails to repay this time round.
I will be delighted to provide mince pies for you in the event that the weaklings at Lendy finally achieve a full repayment this year. I fear my bet is they will fail.

Let's see Lendy CEO have the guts to apologise for this specific failure of all 5 of their revised core headings.
Nothing happening on the site and a call to An**** the local estate agent revealed they have no information on the project.
Only 12 working days until the promised full repayment before Christmas? Fear not, I will not do a daily count down.
