Will we find out tomorrow who made the highest bid and how much they paid? I doubt it. Even if an acceptable offer was made, SS won't make no announcements until they are sure a sale was imminent; in fact, I doubt we will hear much from SS until funds are actually returned to investors. Might see a SOLD label on the AMA website listing though (nothing yet)...

My last £30 sold in this today. I was interested to see who'd bought it and how much they'd bought in total but investor activity shows nothing since 15th July.
Very odd.

Does anyone know what the deal is with interest on this loan, where parts have been sold since it was defaulted? If it is eventually repaid in full, with interest, who gets the interest since 27/05/2016, when the last payment was made? Will it be the current holders, or pro-rated based on when parts were sold? If the former it might explain why people are still buying it.

What happens if one investor controls all or most of the loan? Can that investor use his position to buy the defaulting business himself?
