No, nor have I heard of propnology or shareproperty which are also raising money. This space is starting to get a bit crowded. Strange given the terms of investing seem to have got much worse in the last few years (stamp duty and tax credit).

They're waiting for FCA authorisation before listing their first property. They're supposedly going to focus on East Anglia, which the competitors seem to have largely ignored so far. I put a couple of hundred in the first round as they engaged well (unlike PP), promised a SM (unlike PM and HC), plus I grew up in Norfolk so nostalgia probably clouded my vision.

I think platforms with more than 15 properties will be exempt from the additional 3% duty, 1. Was true but not anymore. Unfortunately!

Has anybody checked them out? First property listing looks interesting 6% yield, student acommodation in Chester (nowhere near E Anglia Im afraid reeknralf) SPV structure within a larger SPV operated by a company with proven student accommodation track record. Currently offering 3% cashback which effectively reimburses 3% Brickowner fee. Supposedly an SM though as this is the first listing no idea how it works (3% fee for buying, nothing for selling) Site is a bit estate agent and lots of white space. Going to dip a toe as the yield is decent.

Agreed Ilmoro!looks interesting.Certainly good , guaranteed ( for 1year at least) income. The exit route is a tad sketchy and is not in BO's control due to the small percentage of "skin" that they ( ie us investors hold).A more definitive exit strategy would be welcome.Worth a punt I think

1st property now 93% funded, needs another £3.5k to get it over the line, if anyone is holding back to see if it will make it.

Dipped my little toe in. Bit wary with them being a new player and their first property, but could be interesting as I haven't seen student accommodation on the PM or PP.

Some details are now on their site for their second opportunity. It's difficult to see what it actually represents as the data looks incomplete so far and to be honest has left me confused. At first I thought it was a development loan to a what I thought was a home building company (based on a quick google) for a site or sites for 12 properties to be developed wrapped within an SPV. But then the third key point says that the company has established a successful track record of lending, which leads me to believe we're piggy-backing onto a loan from the company to an as yet unnamed recipient. Anyone have any thoughts? I guess we'll find out when it goes live.
Edit: seems like there's more than one company in property with the same name; one is a home builder, one is a residential finance company. It would appear the opportunity is with the latter.

I have invested in the equity round, now I would like to register as investor. They seem to have an affiliate, would someone like to invite me?

Love to but I dont think there is a program for individuals (certainly never seen any reference to one) Are you referring to the report about OFF3R which is a comparison type website which acts as an introducer to multiple P2P platforms?

Exactly, I just read affiliate at seedrs and did not take a closer look. I thought I could direct some extra bucks to a forum member... shame on me for not reading whats beneath

There's a £50 joining bonus via P2Pblog (I would also get a small commission for this)
