This one had me flumoxed today too - especially as I just saw the email when the two new loans today had just sent my balance negative again. Got a reply to my email querying it within approximately 1 minute though, so no complaints there. Presumably some sort of database sync issue going on briefly. Like the OP I got a gender re-assignment too - still feel like the same me though  |
