Having been waiting for the 'go live' of the latest two loans and wanting to take part in the subsequent feeding frenzy, I am very disappointed with the performance of the SavingStream website. It's taking 30 seconds plus to load or refresh a page, which makes it impossible to buy anything worthwhile. Then I got the message "This page (https://savingstream.co.uk/loans/available) is currently offline. However, because the site uses CloudFlare's Always Online™ technology you can continue to surf a snapshot of the site." What use is that when I need to see currently available loans???  |

It's atrocious That's the first time I have been compelled to put a red face on this forum. savingstream really need to get their act together. |

Look on the bright side: at least you got your pre-fund allocations. In the "good old days" before pre-funding, the servers regularly melted when a new loan launched and it was often all gone by the time you managed to log in!

I just called them and they seemed unaware of the problem (until they then tried to login)  ? They are looking into it. I also have managed a couple of buys, but very slowly. It took soooo long I was sure I would miss them, but I suppose if everyone has the same access issues it evens things out. I also missed a couple which seemed dead Certs ? |

Seems to be alive and well (after major problems) here, although buying competition is fierce (again). If you still have problems maybe you need to try the usual - logout, clear cache, clear cookies, reboot the router - in increasing order of desperation? Mine, I confess, 'just got well' while I was still cussing at it.
