As an equity holder and a lender that's the exact response I want to hear. Thank you Chris. Exactly, ignore the vociferious trolls on here, they remain a minority of real investors/lenders in/on AC, they just moan about their personal situation.

Exactly, ignore the vociferious trolls on here, they remain a minority of real investors/lenders in/on AC, they just moan about their personal situation. Not sure if this comment is aimed at me but I will respond to it as if it is. I am not a troll, all I want to do is understand the AC platform as I an new to it, I like the interface and think the customer service is the best, I am not moaning about my personal situation however I can only comment on my personal situation as other people's situation is nothing to do with me and everyones experience of p2p platforms are unique and personal. If no one was allowed to voice an opinion then this should be a read only page but no its a forum and interactive comments are encouraged and can be most useful, it's comments like yours that make admin frustrated as they provoke a negative reaction as it has done with me. Maybe your Special and was born with the knowledge of how AC platform and all p2p works and you was never new to it. I ask questions because I am no financial advisor and silly mistakes may cost me money, If I am unsure then I will ask, most people who don't know all the ins and outs will ask, but some may seem silly and pointless but who are we to judge? I am sorry if this wasn't aimed at me but if it was then just think about what and where you learned your knowledge! I am sorry admin for writing this but I feel you should not look down on anyone unless your helping them up. Thank you Chris for helping and answering my questions and concerns you have been most helpful and I am happy to wait for the future loans to drawdown.

Any plans to up the cap again? My funds are 21000 in the queue in the 30 days account to be invested and it only drops a couple of hundred each day, can you please tell me when this will start moving as it's increasing frustrating as a lender.
Thanks

A raft of, admittedly small, buys and my GBBA queued in QAA cash is all reinvested and a modest QAA withdrawal. A little MLIA movement has also emptied that queue for me. Just Geia cash QAA queued now.
Obviously quite a bit IN the QAA, but at least that is earning something. So a step forward.

Put 1k in green and it didn't shift for 5 days, asked support and got "very soon" so gave up.
Might try it again when the drawdowns are more consistent? Tried another lender and had 5k allocated in a matter of hours.

chris Is the new logo causing all the issues? Panic revert back to old logo. Should solve all of AC's problems.

I cannot see how the green account can do anything now with the rarity of qualifying loans available. Glad I avoided it, and stuck to the green loans in the MLIA.

In the last couple of days the MLIA SM has been good for me, have been able to reduce my cash surplus to £0 and also reduce some loans I was overweight on
