I would have thought the neater option would be to merge subsequent tranches with the original , all things being equal of course.

Could the sell button be tick changed to boxes and one sell button at the top so mutiple loans can be selected to sell in just a few clicks? - I just have very small parts that take ages to sell as the sell page resets every time you click sell a single loan part, so you lose your position and have to do it multiple times for small loan parts

Could there maybe be a change log for updated descriptions on loans, doesn't have to be detailed, just a note that the loan has been updated, so you can go to the loan to check the update
e.g 28/02, ABCD1234, revised valuation 31/03, XYZ123, general update
Probably this forum is a good place if you don't want a log on the main website. Every now and again you stumble on a loan that's been updated, such as a new asset list, but there is no log that I can see to tell you when some data has been added/updated ...

We are actually just in the process of testing a 'loan updates' section on the platform which should be ready to release later this week. Regards, Ed.

Could we have a simple search/filter on all the loan pages please. Just a search of the Asset Details column for those loans containing the specified search string. As the Asset details column contains both the unique id and a description this simple enhancement would allow us to easily find a single loan or where we have multiple tranches.
This would be help generally but particularly useful when a new tranche is issued in quickly checking how much you already have in that overall loan or lender.

What is the difference between the facility you are describing and the "<ctrl> F" search facility in most browsers?

I guess a filter would pull together all MH tranches on screen (thinking of AC filter) whilst Ctrl F would jump between entries and require a modicum of effort to sum up the individual entries? I just filter by end date and scroll pass any irrelevant loans.

Or just merge subsequent tranches with the original loan.

Perhaps another solution would be to somehow provide a sort-by loan id and a sort-by loan name/description (ignoring the loan id). Would just need a separate column for each for that and would make life easier.

Can we please have a list of all future expected interest payments? ABL rate have done this and it works well.

I wondered if it would be possible to add a "sold date" or similar column to the my loans page so that when clicking on "sold loan parts" it's quick and easy to see the date of the sale - and therefore, the amount of time that the loan was held for? Thanks!

Thanks! All ready there ISTM? - click on My Loans then For Sale - it lists all sold loan parts with purchase date, listed date and sold date - just deduct first from last

Thanks I'm aware of that feature but I was thinking that it might be easier if it was on the main loans page too...appreciate that it's not a necessity but would stop having to cross-reference..
