..... as in the event of a shortfall, Lendy have the provision fund to cover any shortfall to ensure investors do not lose their funds.I do wish that SS did not make such definitive commitments which they may be unable to fulfill (my bolds).

Yes, it's unreasonably close to 'you WILL all get your 12%' ('or else we will fall on our swords'), which is really unlikely to fly, out there in the real world. But this whole debate is getting old and wrinkly already, why don't we just wait to see what the future actually holds. 8>.

I'm new to this and it looks like I started at an interesting time.
My experience so far: they talk big but the current state of affairs with the default puts that into question.
Also, I have noticed they are not big on communication.
I've put in a small amount into various loans but am holding out to see what happens with the default before considering further involvement.

Well you know the old Chinese curse "may you live in interesting times" To be fair they were quite communicative and in a post last year where a link was posted today even claimed to possibly be the best P2P platform in the known universe, although I suspect that might have been tongue in cheek. When things are going swimmingly people do communicate when not, for a variety of reasons they tend to batten down the hatches.

savingstream you might want to remove the random trustpilot review by Mr Glitter from your front page.

I still think I'll stick to the small amount for now and watch closely (especially now the secondary market is increasing), I can include the London loans in that small amount however. -- Well you know the old Chinese curse "may you live in interesting times" To be fair they were quite communicative and in a post last year where a link was posted today even claimed to possibly be the best P2P platform in the known universe, although I suspect that might have been tongue in cheek.
