U are rigth buttchopf23, I got this answer by email:
EstateGuru is aware of the delayed payment and we apologize. Our team has been in contact with the borrower and the delay occurred due to a delay in the borrower's contracts (his personal contracts where the cash flow comes). By today, the contract has been signed and the borrower has promised to do the payment by Monday, 21th of November.
Accordingly to the Estonian laws, EstateGuru cannot take action unless the payment has been overdue for 60 days. Therefore, once the payment is late for 60 days, EstateGuru can start the process of realizing the property. Once such situation occurs, EstateGuru will most definitely inform the investors involved in the process. But so far, there is no threat yet, since we have always been in contact with the borrower and we have confidence that all payments will be done.
Once again, I apologize for the delay and hope you have a great weekend despite that!

Fyi all. EstateGuru will be launching an auto-invest feature by the end of this month.

Yes robo, agree. I have a good feeling also. LTV seems alright an return also. It is true that it's a bit stressing sometimes when loans appear on the market and we need to act. But, still, for Estate Guru you have like 1 hour while for Moneything the bid process can be over after 3 minutes. It's interesting to compare the communications (or lack of them) from various platforms regarding the virus crisis. Excellent email received today from the CEO of Estate Guru.
