Got some 110, but 113 was my 'pick'.

PBL108 I don't understand was there not a valuation given a £2.6mln (albeit it looked very toppy). Its good that SS have revised the loan amount but how can a few days after the loan was launched the valuation be reduced by nearly 20% ?? To me it calls into question several of the other valuations. However now that the loan has been reduced and the valuation more in line with the recent purchase price is this something to add to ones portfolio ?

As SS mentioned in their post this morning the London loans have completed... almost  According to the updates, only PBL107, 108, 109, 112, 113, 115 have drawndown. EDIT : Which are all the loans that come under the same borrower (S**** Enterprise Ltd) |

Will remember to catch up in the future...

Will be interesting to see how brexit effects London house prices. Some recent contracts included a brexit clause, apparently only a minority have chosen to exit their contracts, though it is still early days.

I bought into 4 of these loans. 104, 109, 110 and 111. It appears that 110 and 111 are designated repaid but I have not been credited any monies. Have I missed something.
Edit: Within the last few seconds they now appear in my repaid page although yet to be credited to my balance. I assume that will take place in due course.

Have I missed something Good spot ( + 114) It looks like this has recently happened; I too invested in all three and have yet to get anything back, so a refund and update should be imminent These where the three loans to the other borrower (W**** & Co Property Partners Ltd) that had yet to drawdown. I guess that either SS have pulled out (lack of funds?) or the borrowers pulled the plug. Over 3m returning to investor; let's see how the SM reacts
