would have been useful if they did the repaid loans before the new loans to avoid emails re negative balances and people transferring money or selling loans.

I do get the feeling any occurrence will be moaned about by someone ....... I mean in an ideal world we'd get notice of all repayments but really just stress less people !! Again .... poor Paul64 !

Again .... poor Paul ! > SS announce an impending repayment, it's delayed (due to the nature of these loans) - Investors moan > Unexpected repayment - Investors moan People just like to moan Good luck Paul64 P.s. the above is tongue in cheek - I don't think anyone was moaning. I agree that some sort of repayment announcement would be nice!

I do hope Paul64 is paying attention to these comments. I fully agree. It is completely crazy you make a fuss when launching advertising for days and then you don't even warn investors with a single bit of advance of the repayments... I would have invested in one of the new loans had I known this was repaying.... Now the money will go on a different network! Well done SS Cunningly they have covered both bases. Those who didnt sell loan parts in advance quickly got some cash towards their negative balance, those that did and now have a positive balance convienently have a new loan launching tomorrow to invest it in (probably) If Ed could list for Monday (come in no73) to take the cash coming back from Bradford then everything will have fallen into place nicely (rate reduction excepted)

I Am pleased for savingstream it has repaid and hope all the other troubled loans go on to repay as well, but like many on this forum who like to keep on top of their account even a few hours notice would be nice Paul64

I do hope Paul64 is paying attention to these comments. Poor Paul64 . It's likely that he read this board, as part of his due diligence, before accepting the job, so presumably he knows what he's in for.

Well done SS I'm selling lots of loans after midnight, others will be as well if you need to re-invest. This is loan I didn't want to repay yet, but hey-ho.

> PBL112 - Currently on the market @ £1,350,000 (Note : VR valuation - £1,500,000 | Loan - £1,050,000) > PBL107 - Currently on the market @ £2,995,000 (Note : VR valuation - £3,250,000 | Loan - £2,275,000)
A sale close to each current listed prices will cover each loan, but it is interesting and important to note that neither are close to the VRs valuations. Then note that since the valuations were carried out, there has been extensive work to both flats. A good time to remind all investors (who do carry out DD) that the VR is not always a reliable source for valuation.

" the VR is not always a reliable source for valuation.", Dude, you're being a tad coy, that has got to be The Understatement Of The Year. How about " Treat many/most VRs as A Total Bag Of S**t Because That's What They Are." !
