Tried just now to log in to SS.
It didn't like password, so typed again.
It still didn't accept me, so carefully retyped email address and password.
Still no joy, so with a sigh I asked to a reset password.
It says unable to do a password reset.
Anyone else having problems logging in?

They thought it might be a technical problem possibly caused by The Nine. The girl said I should be sorted today. I very sharply said I expected to be sorted in the next hour, maximum

I've had no problems. Indeed, the website seemed quite quick this morning. I can get on OK now, BUT earlier this morning it was VERY slow, I was having problems logging on. There also appeared to me, that there was a problem with the speed of the website yesterday. That may have been the technical issue, Saving Stream mentioned, for the pipeline loans delay.

This is the fastest this site has been for ages - this is most welcome. Be interested to see how it copes with the new releases later.

They have cleared me.
All very strange.
They said probably a tech problem.
Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again.
We can't blame The Nine for everything.

The more I use the site today, the more convinced I am that they upgraded the front-end web servers last night, but the back end's still wading through treacle.
