Apologies if this has been raised before, but the Collateral Sign in screens irritate me, as does the position of "log out":
1. Please could pressing the Enter key do the same as clicking on the Login button. (Rather than do nothing.) Every other login screen I ever use, the Enter key works. Almost every time I log in to Collateral my fingers rattle of Email and password and hit enter, and I sit there wondering why nothing is happening. My hand is on the keyboard I don't want to have to move it across to the mouse.
2. Where we enter letters from our memorable word, please could the cursor move to the next entry box without having to press Tab? Most other sites do this. And again, Enter key to log in, please. 'a b c Enter' is a lot less frustrating than 'a tab b tab c Enter [pause, "damn!", moves hand across to mouse, moves mouse to login button] click'.
3. The logout button positioned top left is intuitive and out of line with every other site I use. Top right please.

If you have 'Remember me' ticked but mess up the password entry it blanks out the email address, rather annoying.

Sort by Date is required on the transaction page in ascending order on the transaction page. If I do the sort in the excel spreadsheet then the dates are in this order
01/06/2017 06/06/2017 17/05/2017 19/05/2017 20/05/2017

The dates is in descending order on the spreadsheet
06/06/2017 01/06/2017 20/05/2017 19/05/2017 17/05/2017
I need ascending order, setting the date column as date types does not help.

Would it be possible to add a status column to "My Live Loans" tab so we can easily identify renewal/Redeem loans. At the moment it is rather painful process of trying to cross reference list with your emails. Thank you

On the selling loans page can we please have a queued behind column so we have an idea of how near we are to the top of the selling list.

On the transactions page it would be very useful to have an invested balance column to help reconcile my spreadsheet which occasionally seems to get out of sync with my actual invested balance.

Could the "My Loans" page PLEASE be sorted into days remaining in descending order!
The existing display was OK when all loans were 6 months but is no longer useful when loans have different lengths. The important information is the loan end date and how many days are left until that date is reached.
Thanks.

Hi jimc99, On the My Loans screen you can sort the columns by clicking on the titles at the top like Remaining, Age etc. Many thanks, Gordon

Hi Collateral Rep
I can see that it has been asked in the past, but cannot find the solution available - Is it possible please to have a column within the downloadable Transactions so that we can sort by Borrower ID
Or if I am just missing where I find this, could someone please point me in the right dirrection.
Many thanks.

The total of the Asset Value column on the Available loans page double counts loans with multiple drawdowns.
