COLBB00024 - 550 cts of Loose Sapphire Stones (41.67% LTV) - £1000 just listed. It may be that this should be in another thread but here is what happened. Seeing your kind note I thought I would add a shrapnel amount to the queue on the off-chance that it might be more appetising to a BH. I added £5. It was sold in a few minutes. Your £1000 is still on there being nibbled away. I certainly had no intention of queue jumping, but that is what happened. Obviously not a problem while there are plenty of willing buyers but it could be later. Pretty sure the same thing happened to me last week. Listed a loan part for sale, only part in the queue, more was added just after and that appeared to sell before mine (it was at the point when the system was double bidding so it might have been primary loan returned to market by Collateral to correct an error) Collateral Rep Can you clarify how the SM queue works? Edit: moved from SM thread

Thanks
Another minor point, the three digit database code that has been added to the various lists under the Loans tab is useful but it would be even more useful if it could be added to the My Loans pages. Currently have to flick between available & funded pages to reconcile transaction entries.

Like the new bidding limits but needs a bit of work... I had a tenner left over and went to invest it in one of the older ones and got this error:
You are only allowed to invest, per fund, upto a maximum amount of £-50 until 01:00:00 on 01/01/1970 after which investments will not be capped.

For me, one of the biggest improvements would be to add loans to the "pipeline loans" page a day or so before they are due to go live and then making them live at the day time specified.
This would enable people to make any considerations they may want to make about the loan or item being listed, see what investments levels are capped at and allow pre-funding of accounts in advance, it would also alleviate the need to be sat at a computer refreshing the page waiting for loans to come live. I know quite a few people here are retired/semi retired, but for me its a 10-14 hour day and i'm generally busy so find it increasingly difficult to catch any of the loans.

Even better allow lenders to pre-fund loans (using cash already in the account - NOT SS style INPL). Lenders would benefit from the convenience and C would have some funds for a time without paying interest.

Evening,
We appreciate all the comments and suggestions.
Pipeline loans will start shortly, but we won't be offering pre-funding. Initially it will just be put in pipeline for investors to see what's going live the following day.
We may test some loans this week to see how it works.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Been quiet in this thread for a few weeks, so ...
I echo the earlier request to show the expected maturity date for loans as well as the start date (which is generally of little consequence I feel). Perhaps better still would be the number of days left to run - this would make forward planning for cash flow far easier.
In fact, if space on the page is a limit, I'd be happy to see only the days left or, at a pinch, the end date.
This is becoming more acute by the day as my number of active loans grows - typically, I'm getting something in pretty much every loan, so the numbers do mount up (not that I'm complaining about too many new loans, you understand ...)
Ideally, one would be able to order the loans by end date / time left to run.
And now a 'how long is a piece of string?' question - do you have a feel for the proportion of loans that are likely to be renewed, do borrowers ever give a hint at the start of a loan?

For quick access to the loans page I have the log in page bookmarked. I log in. Having done that there is no way to access the home page in order to contact Collateral. Please add a button somewhere on all pages to enable this. I had to go to Google to get on to the home page to contact Collateral (about a missing deposit today*). edit * Forget that bit. I sent it to another platform (intentionally) but forgot I hadn't sent any to Collateral so my account was empty (bit of a shock before my first breakfast at 10:30 )

By the way, is the last bit of your post worded in some form of an ancient Simian dialect?

When I login on my ipad I cannot see the menu contents with My account, My Loans, Loans and Cashier. Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but it means I am unable to deposit funds if I am out and about. I can access the Available Loans, Fully funded loans etc which are below the coloured boxes.
It is the same on my android phone as well. Please can this be fixed.
