The narrative for Tranche 10 talks of extending the loans to September to facilitate the refinance. It sounds as if the project is nearing completion but no clear indication is given of when the block will be ready for occupation

Lendy said: "Thank you for getting back in touch. If the borrower were to make full use of the recently agreed extension then conceivably they would be able to receive students in March 2019 (if not before hand), however we are aware that a large proportions of student lets may not start until September." So realistically it won't be occupied till next academic year

Lord Vader Imperial monitioring posts have dedected the presence of a rebel charge on this location. This appears to indicate a previously undetected alliance between the borrower & an external group.
Imperial units have ben dispatched to investigate This forum is considered too remote for a demonstration of the awesome power of our destructive capabilities PS Also relates to Collateral loan

Not having much knowledge of The Force, I wondered if you have any idea what's going on? Some of the rooms were on COL, have they been repaid maybe? The blocks on Ly, does that give us hope of some repayment soon? Or is it just move money been thrown at these once good sounding projects.

I invested in these on the principle of investing in buildings that exist rather than in drawings of buildings that might one day exist. While this borrower's portfolio might have got into a mess, I am still assuming that our full value is present in these near completed projects.

IIRC correctly the individual rooms had been repaid on Col but the subsequent loans secured on the freehold remain outstanding. (NB different block but same borrower)

Refinancing/sale was just around the corner for all/most of these projects, wasn't it? Refinance might have hit a buffer if the borrower has some woes elsewhere in his empire, I s'pose.

These should work out OK in the end.
This type of accomodation is always in demand.
