I got my £100 worth. What is draw down? Drawdown (or sometimes referred to as completed) is when the funds are actually sent to the borrower.

PBL120 & PBL104 are the only 2 that haven't drawndown Nothing to worry about; you do still receive interest on loans that haven't drawndown I do wonder about PBL104, though. It's supposed to be a 120-day loan, and more than a third of that time has elapsed without it even being drawn down. I really have difficulty understanding how the borrower can complete on the purchase, renovate the property, and complete on a resale, all within the 78 days the loan has left to run. The good news is that investments in this loan ought to be very secure right now, as the funds should be sitting safely in SS's client accout.

£0 allocation for me. savingstream didn't disclose the previous valuation reports.  Why did I get £100 and you got zero? I'm assuming you set your pre-fund?

He is saying he didn't invest in this loan because of the lack of valuation reports. A sentiment shared by me (the lack of valuation reports; I have invested) I have dropped SS an e-mail to see if they have the other valuation reports and if they would kindly upload them

It does have -£100 available though

Currently PBL121 is still showing as live.
Oddly, if you go to the details page for PBL121 it shows fully funded with -£100 remaining (that's minus £100). Weird.
