From the valuation: I'd really like to see this £250k taken into account when calculating LTV. savingstream is there any reason why it hasn't? Because this is a PBL the security is the land. If it was a DFL the cost of the S106 agreement would be deducted as a cost when calculating the profitability of the project.

AnybODY any thoughts re allocation looks ok ( 1 year loan fairly rare) and todays loan went ok even oversubscribed. I think about 2X any advance on that ?

No way will it be 2x oversubscribed It's going to be close to what DFL003 was; my guess is 80%-90%. Do yourself a favour and stick to asking for exactly what you want

I think it could quite easily be 2X over subscribed, my guess is 60%-70% though and if I was going to stick my neck out I would say 67.443%  |

PBL120 time lapse as of 22 July 2016. Not a lot to see yet. There are alterations to the perimeter fencing; the delivery of what looks like site management offices; and a excavator carrying a yellow cylindrical thingy (containing water?).There's more activity at an unrelated site across the street (right side of video) where a new public service hub (including library and police station) is being built. Possible a piling rig of some description, for sinking deep concrete piles into the ground which are type of foundation to build on, they will most likely sink one of these where every load bearing vertical column is going to be situated

Yellow thing looks like a diesel tank to me if that was the one referred to earlier. Where's the Duck pond gone

I'm growing concerned about this project. Bob, Dizzy and Lofty just showed up to help.  Ill be concerned if Fireman Sam is spotted (more so if accompanied by Pugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble, Grubb)
