What's happened to the interest 01/07/16 to 13/7/16 for PBLs 60 & 61? When PBL004 rolled into DFL001 on 13/3/16 we got the Capital and Interest up to 13/3/16 and the capital was used to purchase DFL001.(ie rolled) With this one we only seem to have the capital returned and buying DFL004. Where's the interest gone? Am I being silly? When there is a rollover, SS have decided to pay the interest of the original loan(s) at the end of the month. This seems to be the tact they are now taking with all rollovers (from DFL003 onwards). An interesting typo 'tact' rather than 'tack'. Remembering that SS are Southsea based with the World Sailing Series here in a couple of weeks Thanks for the reply.

Anyone know why this loan doesn't seem to be very popular? Seems like a good loan to me or am I missing something?

Anyone know why this loan doesn't seem to be very popular? Seems like a good loan to me or am I missing something? 2780 investors @ Live (and growing)... The largest amount of investors on any loan on SS... How popular do you want to get My guess why the SM has a lump sum... 1. There are more investors, but they are investing less because of recent events (i.e. Brexit) 2. Some investors didn't realise that their previous loans would roll on to this new loan and dumped their investments on the SM (Sale Queue is currently £49,248.16) 3. Simply too many new large loans and not enough repayments recently...

Biggest reason is probably 2 loans becoming 1 (and a DFL) so people are looking to diversify away as only 1 combined security rather than 2 distinct securities, particularly given the high real time LTV.

My £25 gone although was £46,000 in front when I put it up for sale under 2 hours ago. Someone's buying. Don't forget the figure showing is sometimes made up of a chunk that Saving Stream are selling. You're goes in front. No, I checked on the 'selling loan part' tab.

I think the point is that this is the largest single loan ever (I'm sure someone will correct me). Others, such as London flats or Farmland have been split across multiple loans. Investors tend to have a max target amount for each loan, so these large single ones will always struggle. The flip side is that some of the tiddlers are snapped however dodgy they are. Not sure how SS solve this issue

What are the odds that if you have a loan part in the 'new' loan for sale at month end they don't pay the interest for the 'old' loan on it? Something to be wary of perhaps.

A BH just picked up £42k and cleared it out.
If they would be so kind to pick up a few of the other big chunks that have been hanging around...

Did I miss the opportunity to have my cash repaid on PBL060 or did it automatically roll over to the new DFL004 without any option.

Did I miss the opportunity to have my cash repaid on PBL060 or did it automatically roll over to the new DFL004 without any option. PBL060 automatically rolled onto DFL004, and SS denied you could opt out. However, it has been determined that SS will buy what is for sale on the SM just before the new loan goes live. As such (for future reference) the opt-out method is to place your holdings on the SM.

There is no obvious button to say 'don't roll', but an email to SS works, as does putting it on the SM just before conversion.

What are the odds that if you have a loan part in the 'new' loan for sale at month end they don't pay the interest for the 'old' loan on it? Something to be wary of perhaps. The rollover was handled as if it was a capital repayment of PBL060/61 immediately followed by a purchase of equivalent parts in DFL004. So the old PBL060/61 parts now appear under "Repaid Loans" and will have their interest paid at the end of the month, while the DFL004 parts are completely new ones with a start date of 13/7. Which means that it would have been a good opportunity to consolidate all the separate PBL060/61 parts into a single DFL004 part per person, but they have done a literal 1:1 transfer of parts...
