Any one else in this one? Only £2031 left to pay but company closing. Guarantor has offered £1500 now as full and final settlement or £100 a month and pay off the lot. Seems like a no brainer to accept the £1500 but surely they can afford the extra £531. Seems like they're taking the mickey as it's obviously not worth chasing them through the courts for £531.
