as for this helpful instruction Please ask if you have any questions, quoting the Investment Reference number. Only one problem, unless I am ever more blind than usual ..... I found I had to use Ctrl- a few times to see all the data on My Summary page, including the Loan and Receivable References (and I have a wide screen).

No idea if others have already said this, but my watchlist tells me the purchase date (not very interesting) but DOESN'T tell me the due date, which is much more important. OK I can work it out - ish purchase date + term but still why not make it easy? In any case I have reason to believe that purchase date may not be the same as commencement of term (or why else is my hotel in default given purchase date june 2017 term 12 months). `... In fact the term doesn't start from the purchase date so I actually have no idea of the due date. Oh and get rid of the little pictures of houses and factories etc. There are errors in it (vis my hotel loan which has 2 different pictures) and who does it help seeing that the descriptiion the name already covers the category I think

Thank you for the various website comments. The entire website has been rebuilt over the summer and is now entering final testing. Hope to be ready before year end.
Thanks for bearing with us.

On the watchlisted loans page, would it be possible to added the date that the Loan Notes were added? "To be repaid within a few weeks" doesn't mean very much if it's not known when the note was added.
Keep up the good work!

Hi Steve, Just had additions to my watchlist.... with sadly, no dates attached to the comment notes, as requested.... Surely this can't be so difficult to do...its a text/numeric input field, right??

PLEASE HELP.... Kind regards, Robert roberti - thank you joining the thread (first time poster here?) I'll ask the investment team to include dates in their updates. You are correct - this shouldn't be difficult. As an update: we've put a few things onto the watch list as they should have repaid at the end of the year, but for various reasons (generally acceptable) they haven't. Please note, we expect this to correct over the coming weeks, and we have had a 100% recovery from all property loans to date. Although please contact us if have any concerns about any specific positions. Many thanks

Notes are being added or amended but still no dates. Surely it's not impossible to write 01/02/18 or whatever at the end of each one, is it?

Will the Feb change include diversification, and/or maximum value per loan? I can see it mentioned in this thread, but is it imminent? If I lost all three current defaults,I'd have no interest earnings, and if the watchlist added to that, I'd have negative earnings.
I'd prefer maximum value per loan, based on the understanding that diversification is based on total holdings rather than initial deposit?

I see that dates are now being added to the notes, but would much prefer it to be a real date rather than just a month and year.
I know these can be long term matters but hopefully will begin to include statements like "will be repaid next week" or similar, and a date rather than a month would be far more helpful.
Why hide it?

In view of the Collateral administration, I would like to have a means to download a list of my investments through BondMason as evidence in case the website ever disappears.
Other than taking repetitive screenshots there doesn't seem to be a way of keeping a record of my current position.
I'd also still like to see proper dates (dd/mm/yy) used on the notes of watchlisted or defaulted loans.
