Got a fair chunk of money in this loan and once repaid not a lot of decent loans available to invest in,wished I knew this before I sold several 2 days ago.Going to have to look for a new home for it now.Any pointers already using MT,Assetz and ratesetter Two new loans just launched on BridgeCrowd and there is £250 cashback for a minimum £5,000 investment for new joiners.

In the time I took to write that, there is now only one loan available. It is a combined LTV of 58% as 2nd charges across two separate properties.

Also, just to be clear, there is no functioning SM at the moment so you'll have to hold to term. One is promised but who knows when it will arrive.

You're about 3 months too late for that. Well the £2 would be available I'm not convinced these small platforms, that are ten-to-a-penny, are profitable. Even the large platforms struggle to make money, some of the small ones must be hemorrhaging cash.

SS update just now.... "We are going to cancel this loan and fully repay investors plus the interest earned. The reason for this is that the borrower\'s existing 2nd charge lender is not happy that the borrower is refinancing and thus eating into the equity again which reduces their available security. This could take a few weeks to resolve but in the meantime, we don\'t want to hold onto the funds unnecessarily and incur the cost. " I cannot grasp SS's business model. What cost? I thought they took interest and fees up front.
