Basically, the two directors are making a very good job of concealing whatever assets they own, if they actually do. Even Charley and Piggy couldn't find anything. Of course, some directors are very resourceful. Perhaps when a platform takes a loan especially where any guarantee is involved they should require documentary evidence of the assets purportedly owned and supporting it?

Perhaps when a platform takes a loan especially where any guarantee is involved they should require documentary evidence of the assets purportedly owned and supporting it? That might give a bit of comfort, but it could be misplaced. When things start to go pear-shaped, guarantors' assets have a tendency to disappear in a hurry.

Investors me included have to write off their losses and move on. There is no real alternative. The rest of the money is lost. It sucks. FS has lost my goodwill and further business.

Perhaps when a platform takes a loan especially where any guarantee is involved they should require documentary evidence of the assets purportedly owned and supporting it? I wish it was that simple but assets do have a convenient habit of disappearing. Hence most investors feel PG's are simply not worth considering including myself.
Old ground - discussed at length but the loan was (like many) far too hands off - zero platform monitoring, questionable asset, no borrower commitment. All in all we were dealt a dud and FS were (again) asleep on the job. So any chance of further repayments is zilch.

There's a new update. I don't think I'm breaking confidentiality by saying we're getting nowt.

So how much is FS going to compensate us for their incompetence on this one ?? because they certainly should. Totally mishandled.

Not a chance of getting anything
Small extract from the confidential report (sic)
"placed by prior jusdgments"
As stated by many, if FS cannot even get their grammar correct, what hope have we when they are dealing in millions of pounds of our money?
Probably not aware there are such things available as spellcheckers, too busy churning out loans

A further (small) amount has been recovered and will be distributed shortly. A further update will be sent directly;y to investors when the administrators provide the next formal update which is due in August.

A further 1.5% recovery repaid today.
Oddly, it's simply been paid as "Credit to your account - Reference: Additional recovery loan ID 6742133163" and not as a recovery payment linked to the loan itself, so it currently isn't captured in the Tax Statement.

I wondered where that bit of dosh had come from. I withdrew it straight away into my bank account along with a tiny bit from the Llandudno loan which has also paid me a smidgen.
