Already in my league as below
I think we only have the mega turbine fiasco which is formally closed - once the loans in my FA league are finally closed I will summarise them in a spreadsheet and put it on my brother's google drive (he is based overseas) for universal access.

It’s a good job FS never read these posts. - They would be getting as despondent as us if they did.

I must have been 1/2 asleep when I invested in these. Luckily I didn’t put much in. I’m pretty much expecting these to be a total loss for investors. Where are 7 big wooden sheds even being stored? These are more a liability (storage costs, deteriorization and depreciation) than an asset. Can someone put these at the top of the FA League of Failures. Actually if they’re looking for somewhere to store them they could put them on the Whitehaven site and create a AirBnB income stream. I was fast asleep when invested in five-and-two-park-homes and kept reinvesting for a while until I woke up. Luckily for me it was easy to sell at the time. When "the homes" are dumped at W-haven, one of them should be reserved for exhibiting micro sculptures, remaining train toys, fabulous paintings and have parking space for Landrover Defender next to it...

It's near a marina isn't it? Don't forget the moorings for the boat/s

They could borrow a pond from Ly. DFL19? and few more had ponds displayed on their pictures. Could give a home for FS fleet.

well would you believe it - in a word yes!
I think this chap is American well if he is, what is to stop him going back home and saying "thank you and goodnight UK" Not exaclty in the Donald Trump league is he!
Please say if you don't agree but I have this one flagged in my FA league and it looks a mega disaster waiting to happen to me. I think these mobile homes were vastly overvalued for a retail sale let alone a fire sale! I note the first loan taken is now 10 months late.
I think we are on course here for yet another one or even 2 100% losses here (second and third charges)

All the loans so far on park homes are listed below. Looks like a massive 75% loss on loans. 2nd loans loss will be 100%. I hope I'm wrong.
3032435320 2 Park Homes - 4th tranche - Renewal £33,000.00 13.00% 04/01/2018 5990622557 2 Park Homes under Construction - 2nd Additional Loan - Renewal £33,000.00 15.00% 29/11/2017 3197964486 2 Park Homes - 3rd tranche - Renewal £33,000.00 13.00% 21/11/2017 2305165781 5 Park Homes under Construction - 3rd tranche £57,000.00 12.00% 27/10/2017 1978148767 2 Park Homes - 2nd tranche - Renewal £33,000.00 13.00% 30/09/2017 1125845670 2 Park Homes - Additional Loan - Renewal £33,000.00 14.00% 21/09/2017 3176218548 2 Park Homes under Construction - 1st tranche Renewal £33,000.00 13.00% 07/09/2017 1224974168 5 Park Homes under Construction - 2nd tranche £57,000.00 12.00% 14/08/2017 2187130399 2 Park Homes under Construction - 5th tranche - Renewal £33,000.00 13.00% 25/07/2017 1194381346 5 Park Homes under Construction - 1st tranche £57,000.00 12.00% 23/06/2017

I don't think so - roughly what I was thinking - maybe we will both be wrong.... If there is 75% loss, the borrower walks away and FS will not be chasing the borrower for unpaid capital or interest. Most of the FS loans are like this. No doubt FS thoroughly review and investigate valuations.
