35.6% on one of my accounts which has five figure investment (not counting pence!), but no e-mail. I think that makes Acky the diversity super-villain. My two accounts are also five figures, and so there must be a special class of lender which has been excluded from the emails - as incorrigible perhaps. I will bask in that thought for a while. Thanks for the accolade, blender, it is an honour!

Sorry Acky I think I might steal that super-villain tag, one of my accounts with a five figure sum has only one loan, even warranted a call & an e mail from Funky Criminals to tell me I should diversify !

Only if you have no other connection with the borrower, and it's a large proportion of your total FC lending.

But knowing my luck the next interest payment is Saturday and my 42% holding will probably go and default, in fact when I got the call from FC that was my first thought that given I had more than 50% of the outstanding I was getting the news in person !!!!

Having a default does not affect your qualification as a diversity criminal - it just means you have been caught. There are so many claims to the title of top diversity super-villain that I think it will have to go to some sort of tie break or other test. I have been humbled by such reckless lending by others. I am not worthy.

Do FC see a diversity issue coming down the line?
Have those getting calls any common loans or loan types that might present an issue?

I presume that FC don't want to incur the bad publicity that could happen if even a few people make big losses due to lack of diversity.
My Dad got the naughty boy email because around 10% of his holding is spread across several tranches of one property loan. On the other hand, I haven't had the email despite having a larger investment and 3% in one property loan. Go figure.

Mine appears to be due to a few too many surrey property loans (encouraged by cashback). Perhaps I ought to sell some though I've already got a large proportion of my money in FC sitting idle with nothing worth investing in.

You are currently lending to 291 businesses (1739 loan parts) totalling £xx,xxx.xx. Your maximum exposure to any one business is 17.0% of your current amount lent.
OK I admit it I'm a big time diversity criminal but it's reducing all the time it was nearly 20% on Friday.

They have caught up with Mrs Blender with the emails now. Dire warnings that the 12% return over 2.5 years with zero losses is based on an unsafe portfolio. I suppose they are doing their job of looking after the investors. As long as it stops there.
