Bit of waste of all our time. I sold other loan parts for this rubbish so will probably be worse off! There should be a minimum interest payment of at least 1 month With SS rasing the money and then launching the loan this is always going to be an issue.

Hmm, that's one email neither I, nor my partner, received. I wonder why not (when did they send it?) .. nor could I find a comment to that effect on the site.

Mine was timed at 13.14 yesterday: LOAN REPAYMENT PBL129 - The C*******d, Bramley, Surrey Dear ****, We woud like to announce the repayment of the above loan. This loan did not complete as expected, as the borrower withdrew proir to completing the loan. All investors in the above loan should now have their capital credited to their Saving Stream accounts. This month's interest will be included in the end of the month interest payments. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us. Kind regards, The Saving Stream Team

We probably should expect something similar from PBL127 shortly. IIRC, that started as a 90-day loan. It's now down to 49 days and still is shown as not drawn down. And there's been no recent update for that loan. The last one was three weeks ago -- "We are hoping to complete on this loan today but more likely into early next week."Perhaps savingstream would be so kind as to let us know what's happening? Is it about to be cancelled? Is it about to draw down? Even if the situation still is uncertain, it would be helpful to know that. Another question I have is... What's going to happen to the term if it does draw down? If it drew down tomorrow would it start as a 48-day loan? Or would it revert to being a 90-day loan?

However, the good news is that PBL129 is rumoured to be coming back in the pipeline next week, with a different PBL number, higher valuation, lower LTV, lots of hope value, a different borrower.... and 9% interest
