It wouldn't surprise me if any CB-inclusive parts that go onto the SM after the go-live are snapped up in a FFF frenzy. Well, with over £500k still available in Tranche 16 + 1%CB, it's not looking like much of a frenzy!

Everyone should know about the 1% cash back now... It just hit the SM. yet, strangely, my position in the queue hasn't changed that's because the new tranche is listed separately until entitlement to the 1% cashback falls away at the end of the month Edit: crossed with portlandbill

It's getting nibbled away at quite steadily. It's a pretty decent loan in my opinion, particularly with the CB.

I agree. I have topped up my involvement.

Do you still get the cash back if you buy parts of the cash back tranche loan on the SM? Or is it just when purchased via Pre-funding?

AIUI you just need to be holding at the time CB is paid - believed to be stroke of midnight on the last day of the month. (To expand: how you come to holding at the point - whether it be via pre-funded purchase, or SM purchase - isn't relevant. But again, that's just my understanding, and not confirmed by experience.) That's definitely correct as I bought DFL019 CB tranche via prefunding and on the SM. I got the cashback payment on all holdings along with the regular interest run on the 1st of the following month.

Great work again by the Lendy team.
Since they forgot to put the correct remaining term in the DFL005 tranche, it's just gone to -1 and shows IA as its status!
EDIT - The tranche slipped into IA at 15:34. At 17:09 Lendy spotted their mistake and corrected the term to 91 and the status to IOA.

Were those purchases cancelled somehow? Did other investors see that activity as a cue to put some of their parts into the selling queue?

Were those purchases cancelled somehow? Did other investors see that activity as a cue to put some of their parts into the selling queue? I kept watching it for several months. It constitutes nearly 10% of my SS pot. Just want to thin it down, but no chance. I'm not putting parts for sale when there is more than 50k available. It does happen - someone unexpectedly have bitten an extremely large chunk and it can encourage the hopefuls to unload their surplus. £242,757 is available at this moment, less than it used to be, but still not worth entering any parts in this queue.

I find the correlation of what has been sold in relation to investor activity a bit confusing. A day or so ago I saw that the queue on one of my last three loans was down to under £2k, so having other plans waiting in the wings I put it up for sale. Shortly after, others joined the queue. Nothing much seemed to have been going on in terms of sales that would bring me much closer to the top of the queue, but my first loan part was already 40% sold. Around twenty minutes later it had all gone. To be honest I was too busy withdrawing the funds to try and reconcile investor activity and my progress up the queue. Is the investor activity just a random selection of what is going on?

It would be better if they they showed more than 10 and include the time of purchase.

Availability dropped by around 50k between 7am and 9am, then increased by 80k at around noon.

At what point the cashback is paid on the 1% tranche? Also is it based on who owns the part at the point the casback is paid, or the original purchaser? Lendy Support can you advise please?

Yep - Lendy were light on their toes with this one.... no sooner had £7.5M hit lenders' accounts and T17 was upped from £470k to £1M+ They sure did spend that £1.6M received on the 05/10 quickly! What's that you say? IMS visit?? I'm sayin' nuffink... Nor am I but that concerns me. If I'm honest I'm glad I'm pretty much out of LY apart from 3 loans and a small residual amount - 2 of which are non P2P old terms loans. It feels a bit too much like they make it up and change the rules as they go along. I await the day one of these mega DFLs repays in full. Time will tell.
