Selling quite easily now.
I’m back to holding no short date loans.
I quite like this loan, but no reason to hold anymore now liquidity has improved.

Over £9.8m to be returned to investors in potentially 14 days. That is quite a sizable chunk to be dispersed either on Lendy or on other platforms or down the pub.

I just realized the eventual operator (owner?) of this leisure facility is the same as for DFL019. A Dec 5th article is available for viewing on line at The Herald (Paignton).

I think the source is just the fact that the loan has 14 days left to run and the loan comments which state "We are chasing the borrower’s Solicitors for an update regarding the proposed repayment of the loan, which the borrower expects to be fully repaid before the loan maturity date."
However................................This is Lendy we are talking about??

Yes the source is Lendy's own data/updates - and I did say potentially. Mega success for Lendy if it comes to fruition.

3 days left and repayment has been repeatedly stated as expected within the term. This for me is a real test for Lendy - if this doesn't now repay after all the positive comments then I will be on my way out of here.....

I anticipate that there may be some further delay over this repayment due to the wholly unexpected occurrence of Christmas and the New Year. It was something that frequently threw plans into disarray during my working life.

There are obviously legal issues that can delay repayments so I understand if it isn't repaid on the due date.
