Going live tomorrow....wonder how much we will get. With doubt being cast on future rates, I predict there will be hordes of folk all reaching down the back of the sofa for their misplaced pennies to invest at 12%. My prediction is £370.

Going live tomorrow....wonder how much we will get. £500 or so The first allocation of DFL005 of £616,873, according to the DUDE's excellent up to date spread sheet, found here; p2pindependentforum.com/thread/5336/saving-stream-forum-index-fundingAn amount of £440.00 was allocated, with 1770 investors on the 13th Sept 2016. This time the tranche is £1,095,226, which is over double the first tranche. So may be £900 to £1,000 could be allocated, by extrapolating the previous figures from the first allocation. HOWEVER, with 12% loans at a premium, that £900 to £1,000 extrapolated figure may be lower...

Everyone investing in this will be ranked Pari Passu with further tranches of the same loan- same as the other DFL loan tranches. savingstream Can you confirm the loan term on Tranche 2?

Not seen any tranches at different dates to the first on any DFL.

Given that SS tranches simply extend the size of the loan, I don't see how it can be anything BUT the same length as t1.

savingstream the money for T1 appears to have been spent on PBL035, the current valuation has not increased between tranches (actually decreased slightly) Does this mean no work has commenced or the work that has commenced has not added any value? With this new tranche, LTV against the new current valuation is 117%, please could you explain why this is so high? How can you ensure T2 is spent on this build and not any other project?

Anybody who's ever done any kind of development knows that the early stages consist of nothing more than a muddy hole that money gets shovelled into. Then, suddenly, one day... a building starts to appear - very, very quickly indeed. Then it slows right down again, with vast amounts of money being stuck to walls and not much actually appearing to change for a while. Regular site progress reports are part of all the DFLs, aren't they?

I've had a reply from SS regarding the length of loan, it is just extra money into the same loan, the length won't change.

Thanks for insinuating I have no knowledge of how a development works - however, this development is different in that its unclear if any of the first tranche has been spent on the muddy hole Additionally, I don't believe there is a site progress report issued to determine the above

So it looks like the new tranche was added to the existing DFL005, rather than a new one. Is that what everyone expected?
