It's a shame you have to lookup DFL005 in the 'live loans' to find that there are 274 days to run on this one.
Sometimes SS fill in the remaining time on a new pipeline tranche (DFL008) and sometimes not (DFL005).
Or do SS only fill in the days to run on a new Tranche once it's 'live' date is announced?

Has anyone calculated the current LTV on this? I make it around 155% if i'm understanding the VR correctly.

Has anyone calculated the current LTV on this? I make it around 155% if i'm understanding the VR correctly. I make it "Unknown". No new VR and no indication of what work has been carried out. I guess (hope) that some actual work has been carried out, but the initial works are not going to add much the value to the security, so probably will be close to 155%; for DFLs this is not unusual. In my opinion, savingstream need to show the Independent Monitoring Surveyor report; I know it doesn't value the site, but at least we can see with our own eyes the situation. A line of text ("IMS has undertaken site visit and confirmed Tranche Two monies have been spent as evidenced through works completed and materials on site") isn't really cutting it for me. JMOH

£80k dropped on the SM about 30mins ago. Snapped up quickly in sizeable chunks and generated some cascade selling, all quiet again now.

Borrower loans overlapping, not transparent what development has been done.
Could be some prudent de-egging.

SS noted that the "next development tranche being drawn this week" and it seems that this 4th tranche has been released and I missed it (was it on the pipeline?)
I make it £155,464 Tranche
I thought all DFLs over £100k are placed in the pipeline, but I can't remember it on the pipeline; maybe the recent intake of brandy is affecting my memory
Edit : also, it seems the GDV has reverted to £13,300,000
Edit Again : Seems this was the tranche that was released over 3 weeks ago - I must have got the amounts incorrect

Tranche 3 notified 6th December and allocated 7th December. Yep - I'm just finding my bearings I think I must have got the sums mixed up when the 3rd Tranche was released (my OP says it was £619,762; apparently, it was £775,226?) - I also missed that SS have reverted to the old valuation (14,065,000 > 13,300,000 - I wonder why?). Edit - I'm 99% certain looking at my records that the 3rd tranche (when on the pipeline) was for £619,762. SS must have upped it at the last minute or sent a further tranche (soon after the 3rd) and I missed it. Strange

Total Loan @ 9th Dec 2016 = £2,411,861 (Valuation GDV £13,300,000) Total Loan @ 16th Dec 2016 = £2,487,325 (Valuation GDV £13,300,000) Difference = +£75,464 - due to being less than £100k, must have been unannounced? Thanks - So I'm not going mad! The 3rd Tranche is still incorrect - I'm pretty certain that it was 3rd Tranche was an increase of 3rd Tranche was for £619,762, which would have made the total loan £2,331,861 (on 07/12/2016) a difference of exactly £80,000. So there must have been a small tranche between 07th & 9th or SS increased the tranche at the last minute and nobody noticed. Anyway - OP being changed to reflect the additional tranche (I will treat the amounts between 07th & 9th as one tranche)

Memory stirring ............. I happened to strike lucky and be around when an approx £75k chunk appeared on the SM a few weeks ago. Managed to grab myself a top-up. Didn't last long though - a few mins IIRC ! Looking back at my transactions it was on the 15th Dec - I just assumed it was a BH doing their thing at the time. The missing tranche perhaps ?
