Anyone know the LTV after Tranche 5/7 is disbursed? I can find neither the current value of the security, nor the current total lent.
GDV is £14M
Value of the raw development land was £1.5M
I do hope that someone at SS is keeping a tally of what's been leant, even if they do not see fit to share their sums with us.

No - SS don't provide updated VRs at each Tranche, so no way to calculate the current LTV You wouldn't normally see the above anyway - what we want to see is confirmation that our money has been spent and the project is going as planned. SS do note that they get Monitoring Surveyor Report at each Tranche, but we just have to trust them because they don't publish them....

T7 just taken out: £530 awarded Quite surprised, I wasn't expecting it to be anything near that so didn't bother pre-funding!

T7 just taken out: £530 awarded Quite surprised, I wasn't expecting it to be anything near that so didn't bother pre-funding! We shouldn't have been surprised by the size of the maximum allocation. It was pretty large as DFL tranches go -- £731k. There are about 3500 investors in this loan, so even if they all had Pre-funded for a large amount the allocation would have been at least £200. But some will already have as much of this loan as they want, so perhaps about 2500 pre-funders is a reasonable expectation. That would mean an average allocation of about £300 and, since some of the PF requests would have been for the £100 minimum amount, a maximum allocation of around £500 seems quite reasonable to me.

Can't you count the numbers in between? Yeah, I just had an extra £400 hanging around and wanted it all in one place and not end up with a daft number like £367, I like round numbers.

Took 400 to add to my 1000 already on the arboretum but I have to say I invested with grave misgivings because my due diligence procedure at the very start of this launch was quite concerning and bringing up a number of red lights on my dashboard but on balance I decided to take a punt on it for the 12% with a note to self to self dispose at a point in the future which is approaching quite fast.
My system estimated that the max pre fund allocation would be £500 per investor.

Latest tranche just gone live: £430 the allocation amount by the looks of it. My pre-funding set to £10k, allocation £430. So that's £430 to swap with loans with shorter terms.
