Admin Wonder if its time for PFL (PF already taken) to have its own sub board? Fair few of us seem to be founder investors and once the loans start going up next week hopefully no doubt the number of threads will proliferate I'm probably suffering from memory loss but why is PF already taken? commonly used for Provision Fund or Prefund, so might get confusing if we start referring to a platform with the same initials

I have deposited £20 and withdrawn £10 (which has not arrived in my bank yet). I notice that the dashboard shows my Account Balance is £20 and all other values £0, the Statement shows only the £20 deposit, and it is only when I click Withdraw again that it shows I only have £10 uncommitted.
I think all the other platforms I use immediately reduce the account balance when I request a withdrawal even if it takes days for the money to arrive in my bank.
This could lead to confusion once things start happening!

The ReBS software, which PF's site appears to be based on, often displays confusing figures after an account action until fully refreshed.

Before I revisited the dashboard to try a refresh the payment arrived at my bank, and when I went back to the dashboard it showed everything correct - balance and transactions - so inconclusive - will have to try again to be certain. However the speed of deposits and withdrawals is impressive. Edit: I am familiar with ReBS foibles . I had made the withdrawal request earlier today on a different PC so I doubt that it is simply a refresh thing.

I have transferred a bit more in and transferred some money out successfully. So ready to go now. They are pretty helpful with any problems , let them know anything that you notice that could be better ( contactus@peerfunding.co.uk ).

I have rechecked and confirmed my initial postulation, emailed contactus and they have intimated that it could be changed in a future update. So, for now, 'Account Balance' includes funds already committed to withdrawal (but not yet paid over).

I had assumed they would have some loans ready to go having ensured some funding with the early bird lender offers. Not too impressed so far.

But not going to have a lot of dead money sitting in their account. I would rather it earning elsewhere. So very reluctant to send money over yet.

Have spoken to them ( last week) .They have apparently turned down loans because they did not pass muster and PF refuse to lower their exacting standards.Quite right to . They hope to have some offerings very soon, maybe this week.
