I sold out of this loan a very long time ago and in the last day or so Lendy have removed from my sold loans and transaction history. My total interest of Live + sold + repaid is now much less than the total interest that I have actually been paid. Does anyone else have this problem? I sold mine on 1st April. It shows in my transactions in the download I did on 4th October. It is no longer there and my interest is wrong now. I have exactly the same problem as you.

I think I'm going to contact the FCA about this. I've been with Lendy/SS for18 months and I'm done trying to communicate with them.

Not suggesting you should contact FCA but if they don't help you can try the link below: www.sfo.gov.uk

I emailed Lendy this morning asking where my transactions had gone and attaching before and after downloads. I had time to compare this morning and I had more than one part and ALL of them have vanished off the face of the earth.

Any update on this ? Just tried a reconciliation and whilst the TOTAL interest from transactions is correct, the total of sub-totals (per loan) is out by exactly the sum of PBL133 interest. All entries (loan part fund, interest etc) which relate to PBL133 have a zero value for Loan part value and Loan part detail, but do have the correct value for Txn Amount.
They also all show Start date of 01/01/1970 and End date is blank ................

My account and my husband's account both have this problem as well. For us it is affecting sales and interest dating back to September 2016 and only occurred after the recent partial repayment. I've emailed Lendy but have yet to have any response (or acknowledgement that I've contacted them). Lendy Support

I am having similar troubles with PBL133 Woodlands. I sold out of PBL133 many moons ago. Now, all my loan parts are inaccessible for the woodlands. My transaction history still contains the correct amounts for my purchases, sales and interest for those PBL133 parts but the details have all disappeared. My balance sheet is correct. It's just that all transactions referring to the woodlands have no information other than 'Loan part fund' or 'Loan part sale' or 'Interest' and the amounts (which are correct). For all the woodlands transactions, there is no mention of loan part details, start date, end date and loan part value. The loan part ID is still present and correct but I cannot access the details on-line for any of my woodlands loan parts. Also, as has been stated in the posts above, all records of PBL133 have been expunged from 'My loans'. Once again, I despair at the incompetence of the IT team attempting to maintain the Lendy operation and I am glad that I am now divorced from Lendy. At least I have my own records which I can use to fill in the missing details. Normally I would tag Lendy Support but I feel I may be wasting my time (again).

A pointer for Lendy Support: My guess is that this problem arose on 04/10 when the partial repayment was made. In my account download from 01/10, the PBL133 parts are all present and correct, now they are not. In the Lendy database, all the loan parts and their transactions should have a pointer linking them back to their main loan. Thus any transaction on PBL133 will have pointers to records for the PBL133 loan. I'm guessing that when the loan was part repaid, a new loan was made (with a new internal identification number) and all of those loan parts and transaction pointers now point to the wrong loan identifier - thus the details cannot be found. Just a guess of course, but you've had nine days to solve this so I thought I would offer some help.

I imagine the developers are overworked and struggling to cope with demands for new 'features' and the growing complexity of the system.
More focus on functional specification to iron out logical issues, and testing/QA to catch unforeseen issues is necessary.
I do wonder if the biweekly update letter happens to coincide with internal sprints. An agile like process is a necessity for a small rapidly growing business.

There's 'agile like' and then there's 'jellyfish like' .. the definition of how Ly is supposed to work, and even more so how it does actually work, is starting to look like the latter.

Lendy Support Dear Lendy, we are all currently sick of being fobbed off by you. You must think we are a bunch of idiots who all just happen to be solvent through sheer luck. We don't accept your patronising apologies while you fail to resolve the error. All If you're having technical difficulties then come clean, we might be able to help through co-operation (look it up). It is being taken for a mug that I have a particular problem with.
