The company, the same name as a well known DIY chain. Does anyone have any info about the missed payment deadline? I can't get onto the old forum, PM me if the info is sensitive. News on o***l(same name as a biscuit) and a*k(a search engine), would be welcomed too. Thanks.

Not in W or A, there is a fairly recent W thread on the main site forum (I assume you can see that), no new information on either that I've seen. O latest information in last months lender email updates, which were mulled over on the private forum at the time, I don't expect any further updates for a while. I assume you have had the lender updates?

A week after they said they had our funds from the sale of the factory(a lot less than expected again!), my account hasn't been credited and again no communication! A quick e-mail would take a few minutes, instead, I've been logging on several times every day to see the payment amount.
Does anyone know the amount TC has to distribute to loans 1 &3?

This would be better discussed on the private forum as details cannot be posted here. However, the sale proceeds were pretty much as expected. About 8% less than the amount mentioned in the update of 31/5/17, but the reasons for this are explained.
As to distributions, I think the administrator's own costs should be covered by other realisations, in which case 100% of the net proceeds of the sale after agent's fees and legals (say 95% of the gross, give or take) should flow to lenders in the two senior loans. The update tells you which two they are.
As to their timing, there is an inconsistency between the first and third paragraphs under "Update" which leaves me slightly uncertain. Worth an email to TC if you are really anxious.
