Thanks for bringing this up. I have not seen this update. I looked at the General update email, dated 4/2/17 and it says No change for this loan. Paul64 Can we have this fixed please?

That's an interesting development. If SS put an update on a loan after the last general update and then follow it with another update before the next general update, then the first update after the previous general update never appears in any general update email. What an innovative way of burying bad news! In this case, both the update regarding the additional financing and the subsequent 'No change' update are timed a mere 25 seconds apart.

Don't worry, I feel there'll be a lot of unhappy RS money looking for a new home soon..
SM will be bone dry next few weeks.

Ooh, nice canal side views. Unless you're living in the neo-Georgian houses behind.

Just gone negative, status changed from IOA to SBL (27-March, 14:34).
EDIT: Time above is GMT. BST was 15:34.

Remaining term | Status | 0 ≤ term
| IOA | -90 ≤ term < 0 | SBL | -180 ≤ term < -90 | IA | term < -180
| DEF
|
There has not yet been an instance where the status does not follow these rules.
It is possible that Lendy may service the interest in cases outside these rigid rules but I think that the displayed status is programmatically linked to the term: I think that the displayed status is just a quickly made addition, programmed in to the front end user interface and is not actually stored separately in the underlying data.
I'm waiting to see the new UI and how things differ there.

I think you guys are getting confused between loan term going negative and it necessarily being a bad (negative) thing

Quite an impact on the canal side and church vista. At 12% I can live with that.

Great photos - it's going to be a tight squeeze to get Block B in between A and C, with all those cranes etc.

OP Updated (Didn't think there was any point starting a new thread) DFL022 going live tomorrow. Please note the following... Looks like I will be looking for a new home for some money in a few days time. Just checked down back of sofa and nope don't have another 5 figure sum just hanging around to be reinvested for about 3 days. Not quite sure how they expect people to have double there investment avalaible if they want to maintain there holding.
